Job Description

Our client is an upcoming premium food manufacturing company based in Doha, Qatar, operating within the FMCG, health & beauty, and gourmet food sectors. With a strong footprint in B2C e-commerce and expanding B2B distribution channels across the GCC and international markets, the company is recognized for quality, innovation, and scalable operations. To support its growth strategy, we are seeking a B2B Sales Executive with proven experience in international and digital food B2B sales.

Working Days:
Sunday to Thursday

Working Hours:

08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Preference:
Candidates with strong experience in food B2B sales (international markets and/or digital platforms) are highly preferred.

Role Overview:

The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing business-to-business sales channels, focusing on wholesale, distributors, corporate clients, Ho Re Ca , retailers, and international buyers. The role will drive revenue growth by acquiring new B2B clients, managing key accounts, and expanding digital and cross-border sales opportunities for the company's food product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and onboard new B2B customers, including distributors, wholesalers, retailers, Ho Re Ca  clients, and corporate buyers.
  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for local, regional, and international markets.
  • Drive sales through digital B2B platforms, online marketplaces, and direct digital outreach.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key B2B accounts.
  • Develop account growth plans to increase volume, product range, and market penetration.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, pricing accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new international market opportunities and potential distribution partners.
  • Support export sales activities, including pricing, documentation coordination, and distributor onboarding.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand across regions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports.
  • Track KPIs, revenue targets, and conversion metrics.
  • Provide market feedback to product, operations, and management teams to support product development and pricing strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the food/FMCG sector, with exposure to international and/or digital B2B channels.
  • Strong understanding of food distribution models, wholesale pricing, and B2B negotiations.
  • Experience selling through digital B2B platforms, e-commerce portals, or international marketplaces is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive sales in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales reporting and forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel locally or internationally as required.
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience working with GCC and international food markets.
  • Existing network of B2B buyers, distributors, or Ho Re Ca  clients.
  • Familiarity with export processes and cross-border trade is an added advantage.
