About

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join the team here Frasers Suites in Doha. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales team. You will be managing and developing relationships with local clients, to drive both corporate and social business into the hotel. You will look at ways to engage with the local community and further afield, to raise awareness and increase engagement.

You will be generating enquiries and helping to maximise conversion, whilst showcasing our fabulous hotel and services. Making great experiences happen for our guests.

What You Will Be Doing as Sales Executive
  • Develop & implement Key Account Management Plans aligned with Fraser Suites Doha’s business strategy, including direct sales, telesales, promotions, and familiarization events.
  • Identify and develop key corporate accounts and targeted market segments to drive business growth.
  • Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring accurate records of sales calls and client interactions per company guidelines.
  • Organize and execute familiarization and entertainment programs for targeted accounts to enhance client engagement.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to monitor and optimize sales productivity, tracking room night cancellations and identifying potential revenue leakage.
  • Analyse market trends and report on competitor activity, ensuring Fraser Suites Doha remains competitive.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Revenue Manager, Reservations, Sales Administrator, Sales Managers) to generate leads and explore new business opportunities.
  • Ensure all business plan objectives and personal accountabilities are met within set deadlines.
  • Represent the brand at industry trade shows and promotional events, managing trade displays and engagement.
  • Uphold professional confidentiality and adhere to business ethics in all dealings.
