Job Summary
Prometheus Group is seeking an Account Executive to join our growing Middle East sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving software sales growth in new and existing clients in the Qatar region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in enterprise sales and be able to build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers.
With your strong skills, experience in enterprise sales, and ability to drive results, you will play a critical role in the success of the company.
- Drive the full enterprise sales cycle across Qatar, including market hunting, discovery, white‑space analysis, qualification, RFP development, proposal management, and deal closure for both new logos and existing accounts.
- Develop, manage, and advance a healthy, high‑quality pipeline through disciplined prospecting, customer engagement, and consistent field presence.
- Apply MEDDPIC / MEDDIC sales methodologies to assess opportunities, validate business cases, ensure deal quality, and maintain accurate forecasting.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Maintenance, Health & Safety, Engineering, Procurement, and IT to influence strategy and drive alignment.
- Lead complex, multi‑threaded sales cycles involving executive briefings, technical deep dives, solution demonstrations, and customer workshops.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—including solution engineers, delivery, product, and customer success—to shape value propositions and ensure customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data, account plans, and forecasting discipline within Salesforce CRM.
- Represent the organization as a subject‑matter advisor in operational excellence, digital transformation, and maintenance optimization.
- Proven track record as an enterprise Account Executive within the oil and gas sector, consistently delivering against revenue targets.
- Demonstrated success selling operational, maintenance, and reliability‑focused solutions to major oil and gas operators.
- Strong hunter mentality with full ownership of pipeline generation and deal execution.
- Structured and methodical seller with practical, hands‑on experience applying MEDDPIC / MEDDIC frameworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
- Deep knowledge of the Qatar market, key operators, procurement cycles, and regulatory environment.
- Arabic language proficiency preferred.
