Job Description Job TitleLeasing Consultant – Business Center
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Leasing Consultant to lease out our serviced offices, coworking desks, and meeting rooms. The role is focused on handling enquiries, conducting viewings, and closing leasing deals while ensuring a professional experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities- Handle all leasing enquiries received via Whats App, phone, email, online portals, and walk-ins.
- Understand client requirements (MOCI / QFC / trade license needs, business type, team size, budget).
- Recommend suitable offices, desks, or packages based on client requirements.
- Arrange and conduct property tours of offices, coworking areas, and meetng/training rooms.
- Prepare and share quotations, offers, and lease agreements as per company standards.
- Follow up systematically with prospects until lease is signed / deal is closed.
- Maintain an updated lead / leasing tracker or CRM with status, follow-up dates, and notes.
- Coordinate with accounts and operaons teams for move-in, contract preparaon, renewals, and tenant onboarding.
- Build and maintain a network of referral partners (company formaon consultants, PROs, agents, auditors, etc.).
- Keep updated knowledge of vacant units, pricing, promoons, and leasing policies.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly leasing targets set by management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in: o Leasing (offices / commercial / residenal), or o Business center / coworking space, or o B2B sales / customer-facing roles
- Comfortable dealing with business owners, managers, and startups.
- Good English (spoken & writen) is mandatory.
- Arabic / Hindi / Malayalam will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Whats App, CRM or lead sheets).
- Presentable, professional, and target-driven personality.
- Qatar driving license is an advantage.
- Fixed basic salary + atracve commission based on closed leases.
- Work in prime business locaons.
