Leaders Training Centre, a leading professional training institute in Qatar, is hiring high-performing Sales Executives (B2C) from India.
This is an inbound sales role for candidates with telecalling experience who are results‑driven, target‑oriented, and passionate about selling. Only candidates with a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets will be considered.

Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound inquiries from prospective students and parents via calls, Whats App, social media, and walk‑ins.
- Present and promote Leaders Training Centre's courses and training programs convincingly to maximize enrolments.
- Provide personalized course counseling to help students choose the right programs.
- Convert leads into confirmed enrolments and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain a high‑performing sales pipeline and follow up diligently on all leads.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional events, and other initiatives to drive enrolments.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, sales, and conversions.
- Build long‑term relationships with students and parents to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Experience:
2–3 years in B2C inbound sales or telecalling with a proven track record of consistently achieving targets. - Language:
Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or clear accent. - Skills:
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. - Personality:
Highly self‑motivated, confident, competitive, and target‑driven. - Other:
Strong organizational and time‑management skills, willing to relocate to Qatar.

- Are you fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with clients in a professional manner?
- Are you willing and able to relocate to Doha, Qatar for this role?
