Responsibilities
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner and serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust and play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long‑lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales target
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client‑account manager relationship by up‑selling and cross‑selling
  • Manage and solve conflicts with clients
  • Provide specific information regarding daily operations of the company and keep the client updated
  • Establish budgets with client and company, meet time deadlines for accounts
Requirements
  • Proven experience as Sales Executive
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem‑solving and negotiation
  • B.E./Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Mining/Industrial Engineering with at least 8 years of experience in relevant field
  • Candidates should have experience in GCC countries and holding a driving license of GCC countries will be preferred
