Job Description

We are hiring a Net Suite Administrator to deliver first‑class experience to Canonical business operations.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Develop engineering solutions in Net Suite, Salesforce, and other business systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews.
  • Learn Canonical business processes.
  • Depending on seniority, coach, mentor, and offer career development feedback.
  • Develop and evangelise great engineering and organisational practices.
Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with the following skills and experience:

  • Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about your alternative chosen path.
  • Track record of going above‑and‑beyond expectations to achieve outstanding results.
  • Experience with Net Suite, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems.
  • Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
  • Result‑oriented, with a personal drive to meet commitments.
  • Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events up to two weeks long.
  • Nice‑to‑have:
    Performance engineering and security experience.
  • Nice‑to‑have:
    Experience with accounting, sales, sales operations, or other business roles.
