Role Summary
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and be part of our growth. If you're a sales driven person who is hungry for a new adventure, a multinational workplace is waiting for you.
Responsibilities- Submit the sales plan as per the set objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
- Receive the leads from the lead generation team, communicate with them and convert the leads to sales.
- Interact with customers for product offering and brand awareness on a time‑to‑time basis by meetings and calls.
- Identify clients who show inclination toward the product but did not purchase it and follow up for special deals and offers.
- Create and conduct effective proposal presentations, negotiate and send proposal (RFP), quoting the rates and terms and conditions to sign the contract and bring clients onboard.
- Encourage clients/vendors to upload menu pictures on the Talabat site.
- Maintain record and inform management of contacted and not contacted leads, ensuring the records are entered into personal and automated follow‑up processes.
- Attain accurate and original logo and menu items pictures from client vendors.
- Obtain information for all delivery areas of vendors and minimum order charges for orders.
- Attain information on delivery charge methodology.
- Implement promotions, coupons and vouchers to boost and generate sales growth.
- Encourage vendors to subscribe for the online payment gateway.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including: sales calls, closed sales, follow‑up activities, sales expense report, presentations, sales meeting report (new acquired shops), daily signed contract report.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in FMCG/e‑commerce and retail companies is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience holding the same title or a relevant role.
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and curate a solution.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
