Sales Executive
Job Summary
The Sales Executive assists in identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients. Propose, negotiate, close and transition new customers within a consultative sales environment. This position consistently tracks, report and analyze your sales pipeline in order to produce the volume and forecast accuracy required to deliver team and corporate goals.
Job Responsibilities- Assist the Sales Manager in setting objectives for the department, planning, implementing, managing and overseeing the Company sales strategy.
- Find new prospects and leads and converting them into clients.
- Involved in presenting and selling services to clients.
- Learn all details about our services.
- Meet with potential clients to present our services.
- Understand all the prospects' needs, problems or wants.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Work and plan to deliver targeted sales objectives (individual and team).
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate clients' needs.
- Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Prepare and present reports when needed.
- Closely track results vs. set targets and report findings to the sales manager.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and convey product benefits persuasively.
Developing and nurturing relationships with clients is crucial for long-term success in sales, requiring empathy, patience, and interpersonal skills.
A deep understanding of the products or services being sold is essential for addressing customer inquiries, overcoming objections, and positioning offerings effectively.
Sales executives must be adept negotiators, capable of finding mutually beneficial solutions and closing deals while maintaining profitability for their Company.
The ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and internal processes is vital in the dynamic field of sales, enabling professionals to stay competitive and achieve targets.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job ExperienceMinimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
