Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard a minimum of 12 premium client accounts per month
- Identify and approach prospective premium customers through direct sales and relationship-building activities
- Promote premium financial products and provide product consultation to customers
- Manage the complete customer acquisition process from lead generation to account opening
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers
- Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets to maximize incentives
- Ensure all customer onboarding activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Experience in premium client acquisition, banking, credit card sales, or financial product sales
- Experience as a Product Consultant is highly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales and account opening targets
- Previous experience in premium banking or financial services is an advantage
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities
- Target-oriented with a strong commercial mindset
- Ability to engage and convert premium customers
- Good understanding of financial products and customer acquisition strategies
