Business Development Executive

• Identify and develop new B2B and corporate sales opportunities
• Proactively approach companies hotels offices event organizers institutions and other potential business clients
• Generate leads through field visits networking referrals cold outreach and other business development activities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers
• Prepare quotations proposals and commercial offers based on client requirements
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved company guidelines
• Follow up on leads and opportunities and convert them into confirmed business
• Maintain accurate records of leads prospects quotations follow-ups and closed business
• Work closely with the operations and management teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed contracts
• Achieve agreed monthly sales and business development targets

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales - mandatory.
• Experience in Facilities Management or similar field is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new leads and acquire new clients.
• Strong understanding of the Doha/Qatar business market and corporate environment.
• Professional appearance and strong client-facing communication.
• Valid Qatar driving license .
