Sales Executive

we are looking for an active, energetic, and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive with good knowledge of the sports, fitness, gym equipment, sports flooring, and sports facility market
.

The candidate should already understand the industry, know how to approach clients, identify projects, and convert opportunities into sales.

• Visit clients daily and actively search for new business opportunities.
• Develop business with gyms, schools, sports clubs, hotels, companies, contractors, consultants, and government entities.
• Promote gym equipment, sports equipment, flooring, padel, squash, and other Olympia Sports solutions.
• Identify upcoming projects, tenders, and potential customers.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
• Follow up strongly with clients from first contact until closing the deal.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with the technical, procurement, and management teams.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide regular updates about market activity, competitors, and new opportunities.

• Previous sales experience in the same or similar field is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of gym equipment, sports products, flooring, or sports facility projects.
• Existing network and contacts in the Qatar market is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Very active, confident, outgoing, and results-oriented personality
  .
• Comfortable visiting clients and developing business outside the office.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Good English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Qatar driving licence preferred.
