We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Doha Qatar
In this role you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives
As an Indian Sales Manager you will be the key point of contact for our Indian clients and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with them
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in the Indian market
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their success
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management on a regular basis
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the Indian market
- Excellent communication skills in English Hindi and preferably Arabic as well
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies specific to the Indian market is preferred
- Competitive salary of 1400$ per month
