A largest Health club located in Doha - Qatar needs to hire the following position:

Job Title:

Sales Manager (Male)

The Sales Manager oversees sales initiatives, and manage the total sales effort of the club, this includes membership sales, F&B and Recreation Sales promotional activities with the aim of moving the business forward; consistent with corporate objectives.

• Meeting with prospective clients, providing them with the necessary information about the Club while maintaining high standards of professionalism; and work to maintain the existing clients.
• Solicits members and guests feedback and offers new ideas for members retention and improved customer services.
• Develop and maintain active liaison with the General Manager and all other department Heads including Food and Beverage Executive Manager & the Recreation Manager.
• Provides sales leadership, and training to the sales team.
• Handle all aspects of membership sales, initial inquiry, meeting, Conducting visitors and potential members around the club to show them the club’s facilities, and follow-ups.
• Prepares and modify the club’s Sales Plan as necessary to ensure best possible results.
• Develops and implements sales policies and procedures for the sales Department.
• Responsible for the selection, training and development of efficient sales department staff capable of contributing to the growth of the club.
• Actively socialize and interact with members and customers.
• Provide a Monthly Membership Report to reflect the membership statistics with monthly and yearly comparisons.

• Bachelor degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience in the same position.
• Candidate with experience in the Hospitality industry is an advantage
• Must be motivated with high level of energy and work ethic.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
