Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Car Sales Manager to join an established premium automotive business in Qatar.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales leader who understands the automotive market, knows how to build strong customer relationships, and can lead a team to consistently deliver strong results.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the sales operation, leading a motivated team and ensuring an outstanding customer journey from enquiry through to delivery.

• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team
• Drive new vehicle sales and achieve agreed targets
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs and profitability
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify new business opportunities across the Qatar market
• Support the team with negotiations and complex sales
• Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales process
• Work closely with Marketing and Aftersales teams to maximise opportunities
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the business

• Proven experience in automotive sales management in a franchised dealership
• Experience with in a premium or reputable automotive brand preferredA proven record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills
• Strong commercial and negotiation abilities
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
• A professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
• The ability to build long-term relationships with both individual and corporate customers
• A strong understanding of sales processes, CRM, and performance management
