We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Commercial Vehicles to join the DOMASCO Commercial Vehicles Division in Qatar. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will drive revenue and unit sales growth through effective sales strategies, financial oversight and strong team leadership. You will develop fleet, B2B and retail business, build lasting customer relationships and deliver profitable results in line with business objectives.

Develop and implement sales plans for trucks, vans, buses and material handling products to achieve revenue, unit sales and market-share targets. Lead, motivate and support sales executives and account managers through clear goals, regular performance reviews and measurable KPIs. Build the fleet and B2B pipeline, visit prospects and convert new business opportunities into sustainable revenue and profit. Manage key customer relationships and lead high-level negotiations to secure profitable deals, repeat business and strong customer satisfaction.

Monitor margins, cost structures and return on investment while managing pricing, discounts and finance or leasing packages with the finance team. Support annual budgeting and business proposals, review sales orders and ensure credit customers make payments by the agreed due dates. Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering sales performance, targets versus actuals and team activity. Provide ongoing coaching on product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline; an engineering qualification is an advantage.
• At least five years of experience in commercial vehicle sales, including a minimum of two years in a managerial role.
• Proven commercial vehicle sales experience and a good understanding of the wider commercial vehicles industry.
• Experience managing B2B, fleet and retail customer relationships and negotiations.

You will join the DOMASCO Commercial Vehicles Division in Qatar and report to the Head of Department. Working closely with sales executives, account managers and the finance team, you will contribute to a collaborative, performance-focused environment committed to customer satisfaction, profitable growth and increased market share.

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate market requirements into effective sales and stocking plans. Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams, monitor performance and build accountability. Excellent communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Strong negotiation, problem-solving and organisational capabilities. Sound understanding of commercial vehicle products, customers and market dynamics. Ability to analyse sales performance, profitability, margins and return on investment.
