We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the waterproofing industry with a strong background in civil engineering. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and providing technical expertise to our clients in the construction sector.

• Develop and manage sales opportunities in the waterproofing industry
• Identify and build relationships with potential clients in the construction and civil engineering sectors
• Provide technical support and expertise on waterproofing products and solutions
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients
• Work closely with project managers and the technical team to ensure seamless project execution
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s products

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 5 years of experience in sales within the waterproofing industry
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, systems, and applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the Qatar market and experience working in the region is preferred
• Valid Qatar driving license is a plus
