Sales Manager

Our company is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha Qatar As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives developing sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month

• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure smooth operations

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales management preferably in the same industry
• Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the region
