Sales Executive

Manage the Fleet sales operations by achieving maximum profitability and growth. Contribute to establishing a sustainable Fleet sales function to win business that is aligned with our strategy.

• Responsible for achieving annual sales targets and gross profit plans.
• Identify and establish new business opportunities in the market.
• Organizing sales visits to customers and opening new accounts based on the market opportunities.
• Responsible for providing pre- and post-sales support to customers to achieve customer delight.
• Provide product education and advice to internal and external customers.
• Manage the credit extended to customers by timely submission of documents and collection of cash/cheque payments within stipulated periods.
• Ensure that all sales are carried out in accordance with the cash and credit norms prescribed by the Finance department.
• Guide the Sales team to develop and implement an annual marketing calendar to achieve the sales objectives.
• Associate with the warehouse team arranging product deliveries on time.
• Contribute to product forecasting and inventory planning by providing accurate data from the traders.
• Analyze industry pricing trends in the local market/region and recommend the pricing of products/services to managers to maintain market competitiveness.
• Work with management, Sales, and Estimation to support the movement of the slow-moving products and to share the market findings and information during material deliveries and collections.
• Work on the development and improvement of the sales process through Kaizen to enhance our services, capabilities, and customer satisfaction to achieve the next level of performance
