Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue profitability and market share objectives Lead manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and departmental targets Identify and develop new business opportunities across construction infrastructure industrial and related sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients contractors consultants equipment rental companies and other industry stakeholders Prepare sales forecasts budgets market analyses and regular performance reports Monitor market trends competitor activities customer requirements and emerging business opportunities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth

Minimum of 5 8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within heavy equipment, construction machinery, industrial equipment, or a related B2B sector. Previous experience in a sales management or team leadership role is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the Qatar market and established relationships within the construction, infrastructure, oil and gas, or industrial sectors. Proven track record of meeting sales targets, developing key accounts, and generating new business.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
