Our client is a leading and highly reputed supplier of premium bakery ingredients premixes improvers chocolate fillings frozen bakery products and food solutions serving professional bakeries HORECA retailers and food manufacturers in the Country and operating since 25 years They are seeking a motivated results-oriented strong Business Development Executive strong to grow its customer base and strengthen relationships across Qatar s bakery food service HORECA retail and food manufacturing sectors The successful candidate will drive sales growth by meeting targets developing new business managing customer accounts and promoting the company s product portfolio

Country Manager Sales Manager

• Identify and develop new customers within bakeries pastry shops hotels restaurants catering companies supermarkets and food manufacturing industries
• Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and secure new business opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue growth targets
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer requirements
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Present and promote the company s product portfolio to customers
• Prepare and submit quotations commercial proposals and tender documents
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms within company guidelines
• Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely execution
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers Executive Chef and purchasing teams
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs and identify growth opportunities
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high service standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to organize product demonstrations and customer presentations
• Promote new product launches and seasonal campaigns
• Assist in trade exhibitions food shows and customer events
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in CRM systems
• Submit weekly sales reports market intelligence and sales forecasts
• Monitor collections and support accounts receivable activities
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures

• Strong sales negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Commercial awareness and business acumen
• Strong planning organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Fluency in English Arabic is an added advantage
