Genus is a GCC hiring platform built on the Nobel Prize-winning deferred-acceptance matching algorithm, with three products:
Genus (matching, institutional & cohort hiring), Taklif (doctors hospitals), and Tansiq (students programs).
We’re looking for a results-driven closer to grow Genus across the GCC — presenting to government entities, hospitals, universities, large employers, and investors, and turning conversations into signed agreements.
You bring:- 3+ years of B2B/B2G business development in the GCC
- A proven record of closing, often from the first meeting
- Confidence presenting to C-suite, government, and investors
- A strong GCC network (HR, healthcare, education, or government)
- Fluent English (Arabic a strong plus) and the right to work in Qatar (QID)
