amilton Aquatics is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Doha, Qatar and help grow our business by converting leads generated through marketing campaigns and supporting customers throughout their journey. This role plays an important part in driving sales performance, improving customer engagement, and contributing to the growth of our programmes through effective follow-up, relationship management, and event support.
Objectives
- Constantly review and improve the sales process.
- Present, promote, and sell services using pre-defined marketing plans, offers, and programmes to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Reach out to existing and prospective customer leads through calls.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time frames.
- Analyse market potential, track sales, and prepare status reports.
- Track customer needs, concerns, interests, and potential opportunities for new products and services.
- Keep up to date with best practices and promotional trends and continuously improve through feedback.
- Coordinate with teachers and coaches to ensure all targets are met.
- Carry out all other duties related to the role.
- Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or another qualification related to the field.
- Proven experience in a sales-related field with administration and customer service responsibilities.
- Background in the sports and leisure industry.
- High level IT skills including use of a CRM system.
- Customer service and relationship management skills.
- Interest in sports with a general understanding of the industry in the UAE.
- Upselling and cross-selling skills.
- Experience working towards and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Problem-solving and adaptability.
- Willingness to learn.
- Strong time management skills.
