Sales Representative

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented candidate to join our Wholesale Department. The role involves preparing sales quotations, reviewing client requirements, coordinating with suppliers, and following up on sales inquiries and project opportunities.

• Prepare sales quotations based on client requirements and pricing instructions.
• Review BOQs and client specifications to identify required products and quantities.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain prices, specifications, availability, and delivery at lead times.
• Prepare commercial offers and supporting documents for client submissions.
• Follow up on submitted quotations, pending inquiries, and project opportunities.
• Assist with project requirements and coordinate with clients throughout the quotation process.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, inquiries, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to confirm product availability.
• Ensure all quotations and sales documents are accurate and submitted on time.

• Previous experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or quotation preparation.

• Basic understanding of quotations, BOQs, and product specifications.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple inquiries.

• Wholesale or B2B sales experience is an advantage.
• Experience in sports or fitness equipment is an added advantage.
