IT Sales Account Manager

We're looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our growing team in Doha and help us strengthen client partnerships, drive business growth, and deliver value to our customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and government clients.
• Understand client business needs and identify opportunities for Data, AI, and digital transformation solutions
• Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client objectives.
• Monitor account performance, resolve client concerns, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in Account Management and IT Sales in Qatar.
• Experience in the IT, Technology, or professional services sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for customer success and business growth.
• Currently residing in Qatar.
