GIS Technical Sales Specialist

Ideal Solutions is looking for a GIS Technical Sales Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role is ideal for a professional who understands GIS solutions and can translate technical capabilities into business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
What You’ll Do- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Identify new leads and business opportunities through networking and market research.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable GIS solutions and services.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Drive client retention, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate account records in Pipedrive.
We’re looking for a commercially driven professional with strong technical knowledge of GIS solutions and a proven ability to develop client relationships and generate business.
You’ll bring:
- A bachelor's degree in GIS or an equivalent field.
- At least 5 years of experience in GIS sales with technical capabilities
. - Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong understanding of GIS solutions and services.
- Experience in account management, lead generation, and business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
