Responsibilities
- Manage security operations on a daily basis.
- Protect hotel assets, associates, guests, and property.
- Prevent and respond to accidents and fires.
- Ensure that all areas of the hotel are safe and secure.
- Maintain logs, certifications, and documents required by law and standard operating procedures.
- Strive to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance of the department.
- Be responsible for orienting, training, motivating, coaching, developing the security team as well as counselling and discipline when required.
