• Implement the Health & Safety policy and internal synchronization of procedures and work methods referring to Fire regulation, Health, and Safety, as well as maintain all laws and requirements.
• Ensure all facilities are well‑maintained, safe, and TAPA compliant with relevant regulations while managing budgets and coordinating with vendors, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a high level of professional rapport with all customers.
• Meet with major account customers and liaise with their security representatives to enhance relationships by ensuring DHL meets their security requirements.
• Design, develop and implement preventative facility equipment such as CCTV, access controls, and X‑rays.
• Conduct regular security‑related investigations and other inquiries as required and submit findings to the Senior Director of Operations.
• Conduct security audits to assess the effectiveness of security practices and programs at all sites.
• Prepare, analyze and submit regular reports on shipment and security incidents.
• Conduct regular internal safety & security audits and ensure adherence to all security policies and procedures, and manage any external audits.
• Provide overall management of Loss Prevention with the business, including investigations and reports.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Oversee the upkeep of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Schedule and supervise repairs, maintenance, and renovations.

• 5–7 years of work experience in the police force, armed forces, or security industry.
• Good PC skills and excellent numeric/analytical skills.
• Knowledge of security aids and equipment.

• Ability to build good working relationships.
• Valid driving license.
• Good knowledge of DHL systems and procedures.
• Investigative experience highly desired.
