Desired Candidate Profile- 10+ Years of Experience
- Minimum Qualification Bachelor s in aviation security or related field
- Ability to analyze compliance gaps and develop effective solutions
- Ability to conduct inspections and audits
- Ability to verify compliance in a professional manner
- Ability to apply regulatory requirements within operational environments
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication skills in both operational and regulatory contexts
- Strategic thinking capability
- Ability to provide advanced technical advisory
- Ability to lead complex initiatives
- Ability to build capacity through training, mentorship, and guidance
