Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance performance for all Security Systems.
- Lead subject-matter experts and ensure appropriate certified technical coverage and competency.
- Review and approve technical method statements, SOPs, and preventive-maintenance schedules.
- Provide technical input to the Change Advisory Board for system changes.
- Monitor discipline performance and Lead root-cause analysis and problem management report to the Service Delivery Manager.
- Ensure high system availability, SLA compliance, preventive-maintenance completion, and reduction in repeat incidents.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with relevant security systems in a large enterprise or airport environment.
- Relevant certifications in security-system technologies, particularly Milestone VMS and physical-security systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, video surveillance, VMS platforms, servers, and related security infrastructure.
- Strong OEM/vendor management and technical escalation experience.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
