Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar is seeking an Assistant Security Manager to oversee security and safety across the property. You will manage the day-to-day security team, ensure guest and employee safety, and enforce hotel policies with a focus on protecting assets and reputation.
The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of luxury-hotel security experience, an outgoing personality, and strong English skills. Arabic is a plus.
