Equipment Condition Assessment:
- Proficient in conducting visual inspections, vibration analysis, thermalimaging, and other diagnostic tests.
- Ability to identify signs of wear, misalignment, corrosion, and performance degradation.
- Skilled in interpreting equipment manuals, specifications, and historical maintenance records.
- Familiarity with predictive and preventive maintenance methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
