Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking an experienced Rigging Foreman for a client’s large-scale project in Qatar.
Position:
Rigging Foreman
Location:
Qatar
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate rigging crews during lifting, moving, and positioning of heavy loads.
- Review and interpret lifting plans, load charts, and drawings.
- Inspect rigging gear, slings, and shackles for certification and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with crane operators, signalmen, and site engineers to ensure safe lifting operations.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure worksite safety procedures are followed.
- Maintain daily records of rigging activities, crew performance, and incidents.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in rigging operations within construction or oil & gas.
- Valid Rigger Foreman / Supervisor certification.
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cranes, load calculation, and lifting gear.
- Familiar with ADNOC / ARAMCO / QP lifting standards (advantage).
- GCC project experience preferred.
