We are seeking a highly capable Multi‑Skilled General Maintenance Technician to join a prestigious luxury hotel group in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring broad technical expertise across multiple maintenance disciplines—such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs etc. Candidates must have proven experience within luxury hotel environments, consistently delivering high-quality work that supports superior guest satisfaction.

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general facility upkeep.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest service calls to ensure uninterrupted hotel operations.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment, guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces to identify and address issues.
• Troubleshoot and rectify defects effectively, ensuring timely resolutions and minimal downtime.
• Assist in preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and longevity.
• Work closely with engineering, housekeeping, and operations teams to support hotel activities and guest services.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work spaces in safe and orderly condition.
• Follow all hotel engineering procedures, safety standards, and Saudi Arabian regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, inspections, and completed repairs.

• Diploma, ITI, or equivalent certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or General Maintenance disciplines.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Multi‑Skilled or General Maintenance Technician in luxury hotels or upscale hospitality environments.
• Strong technical abilities across at least two core trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry) etc .
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a professional guest‑oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with Saudi safety regulations and standards is an advantage.
