• Task Execution:
• Perform hands‑on work such as (e.g., welding, plumbing, electrical wiring, machinery operation, carpentry, etc.).
• Follow blueprints, diagrams, or specific instructions to complete work according to project specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment or systems.
• Quality & Efficiency:
• Ensure all work meets company standards and local regulations.
• Provide solutions for problems encountered during tasks while maintaining quality and safety.
• Maintain productivity and meet deadlines while ensuring work quality.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times, including proper handling of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Report any safety hazards or concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Teamwork & Communication:
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues regarding project status, challenges, or any potential delays.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior or less‑experienced workers.
• Tools & Equipment:
• Operate and maintain various tools, machinery, and equipment necessary for the trade.
• Ensure tools and equipment are in proper working condition, performing routine checks and maintenance as needed.
• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting:
• Identify problems on the job site and determine the best solution.
• Implement repairs and modifications in a timely and efficient manner.
• Recommend improvements for work processes and procedures.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Complete daily logs, time sheets, and project reports accurately.
• Document work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered during the project.

• Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience as skilled worker
• Certification or formal training preferred (e.g., welding certification, electrical license, plumbing certification, etc.).
• Proficiency in using the necessary tools and equipment for the trade.
• Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong technical skills relevant to the trade, including knowledge of materials, equipment, and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the relevant industry.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Personal Attributes:
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and in challenging environments.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
