Job description

Drill boreholes

Carry out general field tests (SPT, DCPT)

Ability to take drilling measurements and dimensions

Supervise the work of his helpers

Assist the senior mechanic if needed to fix drilling rigs

Assist in the mobilization of drilling rigs and/or cone trucks for jobs as directed. Load drill pipe, mud, and equipment.

Drive equipment to and from the job location. Complete field assignments as directed.

Perform all duties and responsibilities according to the company's safety rules and procedures.

Perform maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work area as directed.

Physical requirements include standing, squatting, and heavy lifting over long periods during the workday as per the pre-placement Human Performance Evaluation.

Skills

Total Salary: QR 4,000 plus Accommodation and transportation (Salary QR 4,000 will be divided as Basic QR 2,400, Other allowance QR 1,300, and Food Allowance QR 300)

Minimum: 6 years of experience in geotechnical drilling
