Job Title: HVAC Technician – Hotel Maintenance

Location: Maysan LXR Palace - Hilton, Doha

Department: Engineering / Maintenance

Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor / Chief Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our Hotel Maintenance team. The role involves maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the efficient operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within the property to provide a comfortable and safe environment for guests and staff.

• Perform regular inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of all HVAC systems, including chillers, split units, air handlers, and ventilation systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues and carry out repairs in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service reports.
• Ensure energy efficiency and proper functioning of all air-conditioning and ventilation equipment.
• Assist in the installation of new HVAC systems or components when required.
• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests related to air conditioning and ventilation.
• Follow hotel maintenance standards and safety procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with other maintenance team members for overall property upkeep.

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in HVAC or Mechanical Maintenance.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in a hotel or facility maintenance environment.
• Good knowledge of refrigeration cycles, chillers, and HVAC control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
