We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Signage Technician Assistant with versatile experience in sign manufacturing. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of hands‑on experience in fabricating 3D channel letters, installing LED systems, working with acrylics, and applying vinyl stickers. You will assist senior technicians in assembling high‑quality signage and ensuring all lighting and finishing details meet precise visual standards.

• Read and follow production files to understand letter depths and shapes.
• Perform manual or machine bending of aluminum and steel returns for 3D channel letters.
• Assist in assembling metal returns to acrylic faces using glue or mechanical fixings.
• Ensure precise bending angles and clean joints for a professional look.
• Install LED modules inside channel letters and light boxes, ensuring even light distribution.
• Perform basic wiring and connection of power supplies (transformers) under supervision.
• Test lighting systems to troubleshoot dark spots or flickering before final assembly.

• Peel, cut, and apply vinyl stickers and frosted films to substrates (glass, acrylic, vehicles) without air bubbles.
• Assist in cutting, polishing, and gluing acrylic sheets for sign faces and boxes.
• Perform "weeding" of cut vinyl graphics and apply transfer tape for installation.
• Assist the installation team on‑site with lifting, fixing, and mounting signboards.
• Clean finished signs to remove fingerprints, glue residue, and dust before delivery.
• Strictly adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines, especially when working with adhesives and electrical components.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in a signage workshop.
• Material Expertise:
  Working knowledge of acrylic sheets, aluminum coils, vinyl films, and LED modules.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Skilled in letter bending (using pliers or bending machines) and using heat guns for vinyl application.
• Finishing:
  Ability to apply stickers smoothly (wet/dry method) and glue acrylic without visible residue.
• Electrical:
  Basic understanding of positive/negative wiring for 12V/24V LED systems.

• Preferred:
  Any previous training in electrical safety or work‑at‑height (scaffolding/ladders).

• Ability to lift heavy signage materials and work at heights if required.
• Manual dexterity for delicate sticker application and wiring.
• Visual acuity to detect color differences and lighting defects.
• Salary: QAR 1,400.00 – 2,000.00 per month (Based on bending/LED skills).
