We are looking for an experienced General Vehicle Mechanic with strong expertise in petrol and diesel engines, agricultural tractors, and related machinery. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate at least 70% proficiency in vehicle electrical systems. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a fleet of agricultural vehicles and equipment to support farm operations.

• Diagnose, service, and repair petrol and diesel engines in vehicles and farm machinery (tractors, pickups, utility vehicles).
• Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and overhauls to ensure optimal performance.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance on agricultural tractors, including hydraulics, transmissions, and other mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components such as lighting, ignition, wiring, alternators, starters, and control modules.
• Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service instructions.
• Maintain accurate service records and maintenance logs.
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards during all repair and maintenance work.
• Coordinate with the maintenance supervisor to update vehicle status and request spare parts.
• Provide support during field operations to attend emergency breakdowns.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of tools, equipment, and work areas.

• Proven experience as a vehicle mechanic specializing in both petrol and diesel engines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in agriculture, logistics, or government / semi-government fleet operations.
• Strong background in tractor repair and maintenance.
• Minimum 70% proficiency in vehicle electrical systems.
• Skilled in using diagnostic tools and relevant equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple mechanical systems.
• Diploma or certification in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering is preferred.
• Valid driving license is an added advantage.
• Ability to read and understand English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
