The Senior Ride Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and performance of rides and attractions to ensure an optimal guest experience while upholding industry standards and regulations. They lead a team of technicians, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate maintenance projects to maintain operational efficiency and safety.

• Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer requirements, expectations and needs.
• Perform daily inspections on rides, attractions, elevators and disassemble motors and their controls.
• Work on computer controlled equipment.
• Fill out inspection and work order forms and clean ride areas.
• Use, store and dispose paint, oil, solvents and other chemicals.
• Use micrometer, calipers, volt ohmmeters and other precise measuring devices.
• Maintain and repair gears, gearboxes and gear motors.
• Work with PLC programmable controllers.
• Work with low voltage electrical systems.

• In-depth understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components relevant to rides and attractions maintenance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations, procedures, and standards to ensure the safe operation and maintenance of rides and attractions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring ride reliability.
• Effective leadership and team‑management capabilities to supervise and motivate technicians, delegate tasks, and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Clear communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory authorities, facilitating effective maintenance operations and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• Minimum 5 years of working experience.
• 3 years of relevant working experience.
• 2 years of GCC experience is a plus.

• Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering related discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical) or Electrical Certificates or equivalent.
