Job DescriptionCandidates for the General Technician must possess a mix of technical skills and experience in performing maintenance and repairs on office building structures, equipment, and systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to clients' maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure proper functioning of all systems.
- Manage parts, tools, and supplies needed for repair and maintenance work.
- Ensure the overall safety, cleanliness, and upkeep of the property.
- Ability to understand and speak the English language.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Must be in good health condition.
- With 2 years' experience with the same role.
- With valid QID.
- Male only.
Salary
