Marmi Engineering Co. WLL is a leading design-build and fit‑out company in Qatar, delivering high-quality residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail projects. With in‑house carpentry, joinery, MEP, and fit‑out capabilities, we are expanding our production team and seeking skilled carpenters to join our workshop.

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter / Joiner to fabricate, assemble, and install wooden components for fit‑out projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, can read drawings, and delivers work with precision and quality.

• Manufacture and assemble wooden components (doors, cabinets, wardrobes, counters, wall cladding, etc.).
• Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists.
• Operate carpentry machines (panel saw, edge bander, CNC, etc.) and hand tools safely.
• Install joinery items on site when required.
• Measure, cut, shape, and finish wood, MDF, veneer, and laminate materials.
• Ensure high‑quality finishing and attention to detail.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workstation.
• Coordinate with supervisors, designers, and site teams on project requirements.
• Perform repairs, adjustments, and modifications as needed.

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a carpenter or joiner (workshop and/or site).
• Strong knowledge of wood types, joinery techniques, and finishing materials.
• Ability to read technical drawings and production sketches.
• Experience with carpentry machines and tools.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be currently in Qatar with valid QID (transferable).

• Experience in interior fit‑out, F&B, hospitality, and high‑end joinery.
• Knowledge of CNC cutting and modern carpentry machinery.
• Basic understanding of installation sequences on site.

Salary
: QAR 60,000 to QAR 90,000 per year. Additional benefits may include accommodation, transportation, and health insurance.
