This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all electrical systems and equipment, including planned maintenance, installation and modifications.

• Maintain and repair all electrical systems including troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, electrical system installation, and temporary power installations.
• Ensure adherence to all OSHA regulations, internal safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on all equipment as assigned and install wiring and devices.
• Operate and maintain in-house lighting control systems.
• Assist with setup, tear down, and distribution of temporary power for shows and events held on property.
• Perform safety checks on all electrical devices.
• Maintain an adequate stock of parts and ensure cleanliness in assigned spaces.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Electrician certification.
• Five years of verifiable commercial experience.
• Material Handling Equipment certification as required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, and technical manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or colleagues.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret a broad variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form; deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
