Overview
A leading Debt Collection Company in Qatar is looking for Collection Officers to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities- Contact customers to recover outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve overdue accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally
- Target-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good computer knowledge
- Valid QID with transferable visa (preferred)
