Wonder Works is looking for a creative, organized, and playful Activities Coordinator to join our team! If you love working with children, enjoy planning engaging experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

• Coordinate birthday parties from start to finish, including liaising with vendors, entertainers, decorators, and other suppliers.
• Plan and prepare creative daily activities and sensory trays for children based on rotating themes and developmental goals.
• Facilitate workshops, classes, camps and other similar activities for children.
• Capture photos and videos of daily activities, events, and celebrations for Wonder Works' social media channels.
• Monitor and manage inventory of activity materials, supplies, and equipment, ensuring stock is maintained and replenished as needed.
• Organize activity spaces and ensure materials are prepared in advance.
• Work closely with the team to create memorable experiences for children and families.
• Build warm professional relationships with children and families.

• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Previous experience in a nursery, childcare setting, early years education, or a similar role is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and team members.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and planning.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
• Bilingual Arabic and English favored
