Overview
- Manage a team of junior developers. Mentor & provide them support to ensure quality delivery.
- Responsible for coding, integration and testing of web/desktop applications as per requirements/scope and adhering to the policies, procedures and standards of development, testing and Dev Ops.
- Be responsible for code quality and ensure optimum code performance.
- Work with testing teams and ensure that quality standards are applied.
- Work with UI/UX teams wherever relevant to implement the right UI/UX adhering to the guidelines set.
- Ensure software documentation is up-to-date.
- Must have an experience in handling and managing a team.
- 5+years experience in Software development and implementation.
- Must have experience in PHP/MySQL/LAMP platform.
- Must have experience in Yii2 or Laravel frameworks.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Experience in the development of APIs and Web Services
- Experience in very large-scale global SaaS product development or ecommerce implementations on the Cloud platform – preferably AWS.
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Minimum of two large scale enterprise or global e-business platform development experience.
- Exposure to a Dev Ops environment
- Master/Bachelor’s degree in computers or a related discipline
- Excellent leadership skills
