Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Testing iOS & Android native mobile applications used by millions of users.
• Performing smoke, regression, feature, and exploratory testing.
• Playing an active role in release planning and acting as the QA voice of the product.
• Capturing and analyzing network traces and device logs to determine root causes of defects.
• Writing and maintaining UI test automation that performs end‑to‑end testing for mobile applications.
• Evaluating test results and making recommendations.
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements, ask clarifying questions, and devise/enhance test scenarios that drive a high‑quality testing process.
• Keeping up to date on new technology, standards, protocols, and tools in a rapidly changing digital environment.
• Solving complex business problems while ensuring the product is highly scalable, secure, and performant.
• Familiarity with underlying architecture and call flows of mobile applications.

• 4 + years experience in full software development or testing and test lifecycle.
• More than a year of experience testing backend using POSTMAN or similar.
• Experience performing mobile application testing on Android and iOS wireless devices.
• Experience creating and maintaining testability tools such as virtual services, test data services, etc.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a passion for quality and excellent communication skills.
• Constant learner mindset with drive to creatively think outside the box and innovate.
• Empathy for users and interest in understanding human impact of work across cultures.

  Experience testing and debugging mobile applications and prior exposure to automated test tools.
