Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations; support secure authentication and API governance; troubleshoot integration issues and document integration flows; support transition from point‑to‑point integrations toward middleware‑based architecture.
  • Operational Support & Release Management:
Provide L2/L3 support for Salesforce platform issues; troubleshoot automation failures, defects, and recurring system issues; perform root cause analysis and maintain knowledge base documentation; manage Git‑based source control, CI/CD pipelines, sandbox strategy, and controlled production deployments.
  • Governance & Architecture Alignment:
Ensure Salesforce solutions align with enterprise architecture standards; participate in architecture reviews and provide technical input; challenge non‑scalable or non‑compliant solutions; maintain technical documentation and support long‑term platform scalability.
