Tech Lead — Full Stack & AI

Khadoom is building Qatar’s first AI-powered personal assistant for real-world physical tasks.

We are creating an AI-first operations platform that combines conversational AI, intelligent agents, workflow automation, logistics orchestration, and human-in-the-loop execution to help people get things done through natural conversation.

This is not a chatbot wrapper. Khadoom includes AI agents, RAG-based flows, Whats App and Instagram channels, internal operations dashboards, escalation workflows, analytics, and integrations with external services.

• Lead the technical direction and architecture of the platform.
• Build and ship production-ready features across frontend, backend, AI, and integrations.
• Design scalable backend systems, APIs, data models, and internal tools.
• Build AI-powered conversational experiences using LLMs, RAG, structured outputs, tool/function calling, and agent orchestration.
• Improve the reliability, performance, security, and developer experience of the platform.
• Build and improve dashboards, workflow tools, automation flows, and operational systems.
• Review code, mentor engineers, and maintain high engineering standards.
• Work closely with the founders to turn product ideas into reliable production systems.

• Type Script, Node.js, React/Next.js

• Experience with Flutter or mobile development is a strong plus.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Type Script, Node.js, React/Next.js, and modern backend development.
• Proven experience building production AI applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, tool/function calling, or conversational systems.
• Strong understanding of AI application architecture, not just integrating AI APIs.
• Experience designing scalable systems, APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, debugging, performance optimization, and engineering best practices.
• Comfortable working across frontend, backend, AI orchestration, integrations, and product architecture.
• Comfortable making technical decisions while remaining hands‑on.
• Experience with Flutter or mobile app development.
• Experience with Whats App Business API, Instagram messaging, or chat-based products.
• Experience building logistics, delivery, marketplace, field operations, or human-in-the-loop platforms.
• Experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, CI/CD, Vercel, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, AI evaluation, guardrails, or observability.
• Experience building dashboards, admin panels, workflow builders, or analytics systems.
• Experience building bilingual or Arabic-first AI products.
