Senior Full Stack Software Engineer; AI-Powered Development

Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design and develop a modern CRM and workflow operations platform similar to Click Up. The system will centralize customer management, internal communication, task management, approvals, follow-ups, project tracking and business operations into a single platform. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently building complete software solutions while leveraging AI-powered development tools to significantly accelerate development.

• Design, develop and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications.
• Build CRM, workflow automation, internal communication, task management, approvals, follow-ups, project management, dashboards, notifications and reporting.
• Design databases, APIs, integrations and cloud infrastructure.
• Integrate third‑party services such as Whats App, email, calendars, accounting systems and AI services.
• Ensure software is secure, scalable, high‑performing and easy to maintain.
• Use AI development tools to rapidly develop, test, debug and optimize production‑ready software.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of Full Stack software development experience.
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, Type, Node.js, Python, SQL, REST APIs and cloud platforms.
• Extensive experience using AI‑powered development tools such as Google Stitch, Cursor, Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Windsurf, Bolt.new, Lovable and Firebase Studio.
• Experience developing CRM, workflow automation, project management or enterprise business applications.
• Ability to independently deliver complete software solutions from concept to deployment.
